HSCP Joint Strategic Plan 2025-2028
This HSCP Joint Strategic Plan (the ‘Plan’) is from April 2025 to March 2028, and builds on our previous Plan from 2022 to 2025.
This is a plan about community health and social care services in Shetland and what we will do:
• to provide health and care
• to work with the community
• with our money
• with our staff
• to improve access to care
• to provide services in the future
We have two versions of the Plan available:
HSCP Joint Strategic Plan Easy Read Strategic Plan
Our HSCP Joint Strategic Plan which provides details including our ambitions, goals, outcomes, challenges, localities, services, finances, staff and projects. This document has 51 pages.
Our Easy Read Strategic Plan is a more accessible document, this provides clear and concise information on the HSCP Joint Strategic Plan. This is a smaller document that has 14 pages.
Audio copy and alternative accessible formats
