2026/2027 Rent Consultation - Survey Results
All Shetland Islands Council tenants were sent a survey in December 2025, and were asked for their views on the proposed increase in rent. The proposal of 7.5% increase was considered the amount required to maintain the same level of service and maintenance to SIC Housing properties.
