New forms for online submissions
The Service has made changes to its Planning webpages to enable additional types of applications and requests relating to land based planning matters to be made online via the Council’s MyShetland services.
The new forms for online submissions to the Development Management Team that are now available relate to the making of the following:
A pre-application enquiry:

A request for a Non-Material Variation:

An application for either approval, consent or agreement required by condition(s) of a planning permission or a listed building consent (commonly termed ‘discharge of condition(s)’), or for discharge of a planning obligation:

An application for a Planning Certificate or Provisional Planning Certificate as set down by Section 50 of the Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005:
